Allen-Duncan Agencies has been in Titusville since 1989 and we feel a special connection to this, and surrounding communities, as well as the people that reside here. Our agency is built on trust and loyalty. In fact, some of you that wrote policies with us that first year in 1989 still have insurance with our agency, which speaks to the loyalty you feel to our company and we feel to you.
We started off as a small agency with only three employees and just over 500 policies. Despite the changes and challenges in the state of Florida our agency has continued to grow and we welcome the opportunity to earn your business.

Melissa Duncan Strickland
Owner and President
Born in Waynesville, North Carolina and moved to Titusville in 1989.
Purchased the agency in 1989.
Has three children (Robert, Aimee, and Jamie), and three perfect grandchildren.
Loves dogs and the San Francisco 49ers. Jerry Rice is her all-time favorite player. Avid motorcycle rider and loves to travel and spend time with her family.
Jessica Kohler
Account Manager
Born in Melbourne, Florida and moved to Titusville in 1981.
Employed with Allen-Duncan Agencies since February 2003 and has over 22 years insurance experience.
Has two children (Emonie and Iyona).
Jessica loves fishing, going to the beach, and spending time with her grandchildren. Someday she hopes to move to the Bahamas and relax on the beach.
Jamie Bartlett
Production Manager
Born in Titusville, FL
Lives with her husband, Matt, and fur babies, Crookshanks (cat), and Stevie (cat), and newest addition Evander William.
Looks forward to continuing with her insurance education by obtaining 220 license.
Interesting facts: has 10 years of customer service experience, National Science Fair Candidate and a Striped White Belt in Jiu jitsu.
Aimee Holstman
Agent / Assistant Manager
Born in Waynesville, NC
Has a son, Maximus, and fur baby, Mia.
Hobbies include making jewelry, organizing and gardening. Max and I love going to the beach, going on picnics and watching movies together.
Future goals – currently working on finishing AA degree to obtain AS in Medical Laboratory Technologies.
Erin Pearson
Account Manager
Born in the central Willamette Valley of Oregon
Resides in Titusville with her husband and assorted fur babies.
Enjoys fishing, painting, birding, running and gaming.
Hopes to travel more in the future and to move forward with her career in insurance.
Gracie Dean
Agent Assistant
Born in Cullman, AL
Enjoys spending time with her niece and little sister and going to the beach with her mom.
Lives with her family and beloved fish (Mr. Ugly)
